Tells you your dog has 50% chance of surviving surgery but after siding pull through 2 hours later He died which was a chance we took but the card they sent said dogs do not usually survive the surgery we are sorry…. If I have known this I would not have put my baby through it. Would never go here again nor recommend them. Just my opinion… by the way if you own a house just sign it over because their prices are outrageously expensive beyond anyone’s affordability it they make 200k a year or less ...they’re heartless too! No sympathy...
Today (Dec. 10 , 2017) we took my daughter's dog here for various reasons. We were in the lobby for about 10 minutes and then we were put into an exam room and told it would be only a short wait. We were in that exam room for 2 hrs. and not once did anyone come in to check on us. I went to the reception desk to inquire as to how much longer it would be and the girl working behind the desk at that time was nasty to me. I went back into the room and waited another 15 minutes and then walked out. We will take Bella to our regular vet tomorrow. Beautiful facility but awful service. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating people and their pet like this.
Brought my fur baby Buttercup because she was lethargic, showing neuro signs. Waited almost 2 hours, they took in 5 other animals. No explanation except "your next. Just a few more minutes. " After another 45 minutes i left. They were not helpful at all. I am not cold hearted, i understand priorities. Actions speak louder than words when no one is communicating. I will not go back.
I came here today at 3:30am with my 13 year old cat in an emotional state. Even though her illness was not a big deal, I had a slight freak out emotionally and was crying when I walked in. The desk brought out someone to ask me questions on how they could help and it helped me calm down. It was very professional how they handled me and my cat. She is thankfully okay now. Yes, I spent a long time there but it was also the middle of the night, and yes it was expensive but they asked my permission before charging or adding on something. I felt that the vet cared and was doing what he could for me. I'm thankful for their availability and care for animals.
Very caring and compassionate care. Staff was super supportive and caring during a difficult time when we had to put our fur baby to sleep.
