I have known Anne since I was 19 years old and I am 39 currently; I changed Insurance companies when I moved away from the area but decided to return to that office because there is much to be said about FACE TO FACE relationships and straight forward advice that is rare to find today.
I am very disappointed in Ted Jiggetts office. I feel like No One in this office cared about me and the people in my household. Many times I attempted to be friendly with the two gals at this state farm office. Even with the minor slip on the ice denting a parked car 2 years ago doesn't affect my new policy with USAA like your office over billed me monthly for. I can only imagine where all the extra money each month I sent went to.
I am cancelling because for almost 2 decades,for 19 years I gave my devotion to this office and I have been paying far more than everyone I know. I for some reason trusted this office blindly. I am a US veteran having served 8 years in the US Army and never did anyone in this office suggest a means for saving money on my policy. I am switching over to USAA and my MONTHLY payment is LESS THAN HALF the amount of what I was paying with Ted Jiggetts state farm.
They never gave us any problem paying out on claims worked for our best interest.
That one on one loyalty is a two way street. They went out of their way to do right by us more than any insurance company would dream of doing.
Everyone's insurance needs are different and vary. Each Company rates differently based on factors unique to each policy holder.
I never had such reasonably priced auto insurance as I did with them and there were many claims for accidents and comprehensive on many different vehicles over many years.
From my experience I can say that...
Let's face it, nobody likes to pay for insurance but I always leave that office with a smile on my face. Truly People make the difference.
My relationship with This office has been a solid one and I highly refer them to anyone one shopping for or needing insurance.
How many other naive loyal people are being over charged?
Im sorry to read the last review posted as I have been doing business with this office since 1997 and have a completely different experience so much so I feel I have to share my experience.
The moral of the story is this:
Anne In the front office has been a pleasure to do business with she is knowledgeable, direct, and very accommodating. (Direct when it comes to liabilities, is a good thing in my opinion.)
As polite as Geico and other insurance companies are on the phone it does not compare to the relationship and one on one loyalty created by conducting business face to face.
From paying well over $400 a month to under $200 a month~No thank you
Why? Because they cared about us not only as a business receivable but on a personal level there was genuine concern.
