Can only give this 1 star due to greedy, rigid customer service. Booked a kids party. Got rained out and the second rain date called for rain. Instead of letting me use the deposit towards merchandise or something, they kept the money. I️ know we can’t control weather, but Oasis can do more to accommodate parents trying to make their kids happy without robbing them Bc of Mother Nature. I️ never asked for a refund but after multiple conversations, they refuse to budge. It just seems greedy—for a farm no less! Even throughout the party planning, I️ had no clue what I️ needed to bring unless I️ called and asked them every detail. They should re-evaluate their customer service and be flexible to avoid losing customers. Use caution before booking a party with them. Headache.
Amazing attraction. Went for the island of terror and had a great time! Fog machines are used if anyone has asthma and is concerned
What a gem! We came for a pie tasting and left with a new favorite place! We had no idea that local honey was available and the honeycomb was a great treat. The staff was so friendly, and the pies we ordered for Thanksgiving were the hit of the meal. Oasis Family Farm will definitely be our stop for future holidays. We can't wait to try out their farm fun activities, too! Thanks Oasis Family Farm!
Went for their pumpkin festivities. Decent prices and lots of cute stuff for kids. The pumpkin picking wasn't really in a pumpkin patch and ride to it was short and not a hayride (which could also be a plus for some people since it's a lot cleaner that way!) and the market is very small. Also, you can't feed the goats so they just ignore you - kind of a tease for kids who hope to pet them. The egg hunt is a great idea but it was too easy so it didn't really occupy much time at all; not exactly what I was expecting but I think my son enjoyed it nonetheless! I also loved that they had a sink with soap and paper towels to clean up before you get back in your car.
Oasis is a great family friendly place. We had a great time. Lots of fun for little ones. Especially under 12.
